Self Care
Things that may help you get the most out of your session after leaving are:

☆Drink plenty of water as your body and energy field release anything that isn't serving your best health
​
☆Energy work can be hungry work, so having a snack after a session can be helpful
​
☆A good soak in the tub with some Epsom or Himalayan salts can help aid in the releasing of built up toxins from the body, assist in clearing your energy field and also help you relax
​
☆Be patient with yourself during the healing process and allow your emotions to flow
​
☆Of course getting some good proper sleep also goes a long way in helping your body heal and reset
